Setting your week up so you get to the gym as planned, eat nutritiously for most of your meals, and get enough sleep so your forehead isn’t slapping the keyboard before 10am - these are all important factors that I want us to consider so you get the most out of your training and, even more importantly, your life as a whole. Whether it is your lack of exercise, your inability to stop snacking and curb cravings, or your sub-optimal sleep pattern - it’s an important piece of the puzzle that I want us to address together.</image:caption>
