Training for Busy Dads: Why You Shouldn't Knock Exercising for 30 Minutes

As a dad, I get it. Between work, family responsibilities, and everything else life throws at us, carving out time for fitness can feel impossible. Many of the busy dads I work with in Oxford tell me the same thing: "If I can’t commit to an hour at the gym, is it even worth doing?"

The answer is a big yes. You don’t need a 60- or 90-minute workout to see results. In fact, 30 minutes of focused, consistent training can be a complete game changer for your health, strength, and energy levels – especially when time is tight.
