Generic, cookie-cutter training plans have their place and can help you progress - at least up to a point.
But if you’re looking for something that is individualised to your goals, preferences, and fitness level, then my online coaching is a brilliant option for you.
Unlike generic training programs, I will assess your needs through assessments, tracking your progress, and communicating with you. It’s a much more collaborative process where you get to give as much input as you would like, whilst giving me the reins to steer your training.
Together, we build a plan to target the right muscle groups, train the relevant qualities needed to improve, whilst ensuring proper progression and minimising injury risk.
WEEKLY CHECK-INS & VIDEO REPORTS
Staying on track with your training on a weekly basis is important.
Your schedule is hectic and can change on a dime. I’m here to help you work around that and still get the most out of training even when time and schedule are battling against you.
Whether you need a new training plan for the hotel gym you’ll use on holiday, or you are training around an injury - I’m here to tweak the program so you’re always getting the most out of training.
Training with me remotely doesn’t mean you won’t get feedback on your training either. I encourage you to take videos of the exercises which you’re struggling with so we can ensure your technique is good enough and we are managing your training loads appropriately.
IN-APP TRAINING & COMMUNICATION
Your training program is delivered to you via one of the training apps I use.
There’s no beating around the bush or anything fancy here: the training app just simplifies things for both of us.
You can upload videos, view exercise demonstrations, and track key metrics. It’s also just a great way for us to stay connected.
There are no supplementary fees: app-access is included within my coaching prices.
