Real People. Meaningful Progress.

What happens when you have a plan that works with your life?

Building strength, improving fitness and losing body fat don't have to mean spending every spare hour in the gym or following a rigid diet.

My online coaching platform helps people build a structured approach to training, develop sustainable habits and make progress around the demands of everyday life.

These are real stories from people I've coached, each with different goals, challenges and starting points.

Explore their journeys and see what a more considered approach to training could help you achieve.

Naz’s Journey With Our Online Coaching Programme

‘I don’t get how this’ll work if it’s online - I won’t even see my coach!?’

Naz’s concern wasn’t a new one. I'd heard it before from new online clients.

She worried that without me by her side, she wouldn’t be held to account, turn up to her sessions, or eat healthily.

‘I’ve tried everything,’ she said wearily on the phone when we first spoke.

‘Calorie counting, diets, My Fitness Pal - it hasn’t worked.’

If she continued down the path she was on, she pictured herself as ‘weak and overweight’ when she got older.

Despite all her worries, despite her reservations, and her apprehension about joining my online coaching programme… And despite the fact that she thought she had tried everything in order to lose weight…

She lost over 10kgs in just 5 months.

Within those 5 months, here’s what else she’s achieved:

  • Lost weight whilst continuing to eat pizza, burgers, and desserts

  • Continues to increase her strength and is the strongest she’s ever been

  • She set her sights on longer-term goals and making fitness a part of her life

She prioritises protein, veggies, and high-fibre foods.

She trains 4 x per week and continues to exercise even when she’s away on business trips.

Business trips, dinners out, or eating away from home used to be a problem for Naz. Now she has the tools to enjoy social events without resorting to eating salads every meal.

I can’t lift the weight for you. But if you’re up to the challenge and ready to get results - I’ve got the tools and experience to help you get there.

How Kat Lost 20kg, and Quit Smoking & Alcohol

When Kat first started training, exercise was barely part of her life.

She had completed one Town and Gown 10K event and she had planned to tick that off the list and never try something like that again.

But fast forward seven months and she has lost 20kg, trains three times a week, has stopped drinking alcohol and is working towards giving up smoking.

But perhaps the biggest change is that exercise has gone from something she did virtually none of to something she actually looks forward to.

The Starting Point

Kat had always eaten relatively nutritious food. (You can ask her: she makes the best steak in Oxford, I’m told).

Her challenge wasn't necessarily what she was eating, but understanding how much she was eating and making some sustainable changes to her overall lifestyle.

Exercise was another story.

She was doing zero structured exercise before starting personal training.

We focused on building consistency and gradually creating a lifestyle that supported her goals.

The Transformation

Over the last seven months, Kat has lost 20kg while making a number of significant lifestyle changes.

She has:

  • Started exercising consistently three times per week (she even went to her hotel gym on holiday this summer)

  • Gone from no exercise to actively looking forward to her training

  • Stopped drinking alcohol

  • Begun her journey towards quitting smoking

  • Continued to eat nutritious foods while becoming more aware of portion sizes

  • Built exercise into her normal weekly routine

The weight loss is obviously a huge benefit, but it's only one part of the transformation.

The bigger win is that Kat is developing habits that will stick with her long after she reached her weight loss goal.

More Than Just Weight Loss

One of the things I particularly like about Kat's journey is that it demonstrates why getting fitter and healthier doesn't need to mean completely overhauling your life overnight.

There hasn't been a need for a perfect diet.

There hasn't been a need to train every day.

And there certainly hasn't been a need to rely on short-term extremes.

Instead, we've focused on making progress rather than chasing perfection in her training and lifestyle.

Small, consistent changes have added up to a very significant transformation.

The Ripple Effect

And there's been an unexpected bonus.

Kat's kids have started doing exercise at home because they want to follow in their mum's footsteps.

That's something that can't really be measured on a set of scales.

Kat isn't just changing her own relationship with exercise and health. She's showing her children that being active can be a normal and enjoyable part of life.

The Result

20kg lost in 7 months.

But the real result is much bigger than that number.

Kat has gone from doing no exercise to training three times a week. She's made significant lifestyle changes, developed greater awareness around her nutrition and, most importantly, has built a routine that she genuinely enjoys.

That's the kind of transformation I'm interested in helping create.

Not simply helping someone lose weight, but helping them become a fitter, stronger and more capable version of themselves — in a way that can actually last.

Your progress starts with a plan.

You don't need to copy somebody else's routine or overhaul your life overnight.

You need to understand where you are now, what you want to achieve and what will help you move forward.

My online coaching gives you a structured approach to training, with a level of support that fits your needs.
